Welcome. I'm Gil, a Chicago-based product designer. I built giliusb.design as an experiment in how a portfolio can work more like a product. Instead of static case studies, you can ask questions, explore my work, and get a feel for how I think about design. Most recently I was designing internal tools at Initialized Capital to support investment decisions, and currently freelancing with early-stage startups to help with their design challenges. I also designed and built MotorShed, a product for car enthusiasts to help with their projects and currently in beta. I completed my Master's at Northwestern University in Information Design and Strategy with a concentration in data. Feel free to dig in and explore.
